Johnny Owen operates Johnny Owen with a focus on reliable order fulfillment across the United States and select international routes.

Delivery coverage

We primarily ship to addresses in the United States. Selected international destinations may be available at checkout when a shipping rate is offered for your address.

Fulfillment timeline

Quality checks and packing are completed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Estimated carrier delivery after shipment: 4-6 business days after the order ships for typical in-stock parcels to standard U.S. addresses. Estimates only — weather, carrier capacity, and product size can change timing.

Processing days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Cost of shipping

Free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.

Extra charges for heavy/oversized/freight items appear at checkout before you pay when applicable.

Carriers & tracking

We ship via major parcel carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent). The carrier for your order appears on the shipping confirmation. Tracking is emailed when the package ships (allow up to 24 hours for carrier activation).

Delivery issues

If carrier performance falls short and a package is lost or severely delayed, Email hanh473580nguyen@gmail.com within 30 days of the ship date with your order number and tracking. For damage, keep packaging and send photos.

You are responsible for a complete shipping address. Contact us within 24 hours of ordering to correct an address before shipment.

Packaging & special cases

We package products to preserve condition and completeness until delivery.

Multi-item orders may ship in more than one package. International duties/taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility unless stated at checkout.
